About Crown Eagle

Built on Observation. Grounded in Honesty.

Crown Eagle Restoration was founded to give estate homeowners something the industry rarely offers: a clear, written account of what is actually happening to their property — before any work begins.

The Founder

Ben Landa

Ben Landa started Crown Eagle Restoration after years of watching homeowners make expensive decisions based on incomplete information. Contractors would arrive, point at a few things, and hand over a proposal. No documentation. No explanation. No record the homeowner could keep.

He saw it happen on estate properties — homes with clay tile roofs, wood shake, copper flashing, custom windows — where the wrong call doesn't just cost money. It costs the character of the property. A mismatched tile repair. A wood shake replacement with the wrong species. A window swap that changes the sight lines. These aren't small mistakes.

Ben built Crown Eagle around a different premise: observe first, record what you find, explain the options, and let the homeowner decide. Every engagement starts with a full exterior walk-through. Following the review, you receive a written condition report at no charge — no restoration agreement required.

Crown Eagle works on estate and architecturally distinctive homes in South Denver and the surrounding communities. The properties are complex. The materials — clay tile, concrete tile, wood shake, copper flashing — require specific knowledge. Ben built a company that takes that seriously.

"The homeowner should always know more after we leave than before we arrived."

— Ben Landa, Founder

What we bring to the property.

Specialty material expertise

Clay tile, concrete tile, wood shake, standing seam metal, copper flashing. We know how these materials age, how they fail, and what a proper repair looks like.

Documentation and coordination

Ben coordinates directly with homeowners, property managers, and relevant parties — organizing documentation, scope, and scheduling so the homeowner doesn't have to manage the process alone.

Written documentation standard

Every property review is documented with photographs and written notes. Following the review, you receive a written condition report at no charge — no restoration agreement required.

No-pressure philosophy

We do not manufacture urgency. We do not offer limited-time discounts. We explain what we find and let you decide the path forward on your timeline.

How we work.

Crown Eagle does not chase volume. We work on a defined set of properties in a defined geography, and we do that work carefully. Every engagement starts with observation and documentation. We explain what we find, describe the options, and let the homeowner decide the path forward. We do not pressure. We do not manufacture urgency.

01

Observe

We walk accessible exterior areas and document visible conditions in writing before recommending anything.

02

Record

We walk you through what we observed and the practical options. Findings are delivered in writing.

03

Recommend

We explain what merits attention, what can wait, and what may need a closer evaluation. No manufactured urgency.

04

You decide

The homeowner makes the call. Our job is to give you the information to decide with clarity.

Observe. Record. Recommend. You decide.

A whole-exterior property review of the roof, siding, windows, and gutters. A request is not a construction contract.
