Crown Eagle Restoration — Written Documentation
Two reports.
One complimentary. One comprehensive.
Every property review ends with a written condition report — at no charge, no restoration agreement required. For homeowners who want the full picture, an extensive documentation report is available separately.

Not a sales document.
A property document.
Photographs tied to location
Close-up images of specific conditions, each anchored to a location within the agreed scope. Not a general overview — evidence.
Organised by system
Roof. Siding. Windows. Gutters. Flashings. Each section stands on its own. Hand it to a contractor, a buyer, or a property manager — they will understand exactly what they are looking at.
Dated and scoped
Every record carries the date of inspection and the agreed scope. Conditions change. A dated written record of what was found — and what was not — earns its value over years.
What is visible and what is not
We identify what is accessible, what is inaccessible, and what needs further evaluation. No guessing. No overreach.
Written findings, plain language
No jargon. No verdict. Observations and practical options — written so you can read it, share it, and act on it.
Yours to keep
The file belongs to you. Not to us. Not to an insurance company. Not to a contractor. The complimentary condition report is delivered following the review — no restoration agreement required.
Two reports
Unmistakably different.
One report follows every property review, at no charge. The other is a substantially more detailed documentation package — available separately, or complimentary with a signed Restoration contract.

How these two reports differ: The complimentary property condition report covers relevant observations within the review scope — typically 5–20 pages. The Comprehensive Property Intelligence Report is a separate, substantially more detailed package of approximately 100 pages covering all exterior systems in depth. It is included when the homeowner engages with Crown Eagle under the applicable agreement, if the initial report warrants further attention. Page counts are approximate and depend on the defined scope.
Crown Eagle does not provide insurance services and does not determine whether a roof must be replaced. A written condition report is not a construction contract and not a hire. Verify price and signed-contract terms against the final approved Restoration agreement before proceeding.
